Traditional notary services
Original record or first copy - $8.00
Charge per copy for physical reproductions of a notarized record.
Additional copy of the same record - $4.00
Applies to each signature on additional copies of the same record, signed simultaneously by the same signer(s).
Official fee for certifying a copy of a specific record entry maintained in the notary journal.
Photocopies and reproductions - up to $2.00
Remote notarial act - $30.00
Standard statutory fee per remote online notarial act conducted via compliant virtual platforms.
Additional remote notarial act - $30.00
Each subsequent remote notarial act during your virtual session is billed separately per act.

Traditional Notarization Original notarial act: $8 per signature
- Additional copy of the same record, signed at the same time: $4 per signature on each additional copy
Remote notarial act: $30 per act
- If you have two separate documents that both require notarization—even if the documents are identical—each document requiring its own remote notarial act is charged $30. For example, two documents requiring two separate remote notarial acts would be $30 each, for a total of $60.
